Dave Wills is the founder of Dave Wills, Inc.  He has over 20 years consulting experience in technical development.  Dave is recognized for his skills in quickly designing engineering solutions to product requirements and efficiently implementing embedded software controllers.  He works with client executives to understand the company's objectives, advising and balancing cost, features, function, and schedule considerations.  Dave communicates with both software and hardware designers to implement solutions, working compatibly within the existing development environment.  Using his hardware design experience, he can easily cross hardware/software boundaries to isolate and resolve issues.  He is also known for his ability to grasp significant details and help teams focus on potential bottlenecks in project execution.   He rapidly becomes a valuable resource for your company.

Prior to being an independent consultant, Dave worked for several companies holding positions including Vice President of Engineering at numerous start-up companies as well as engineering development manager for larger companies in Silicon Valley.  Dave has also taught electrical and computer engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and Oregon State University.
